Entries Open : 1st July 2024 - click on the Competition tab, then Entry Online Here tab Entries Close: Sunday 22nd September,2024 Judging: Judging commences Saturday, 28th September, 9am. Penning: Alpacas to be penned by 8:30am, ready for inspection. Alpacas not in their allotted pen at the specified time may be disqualified. Penning Protocol: To be completed by anyone bringing Alpacas for competition. This can be found on the entry form. Health Declaration: To be completed by anyone bringing Alpacas for competition. Penning Protocol and Health Declarations are only needed if you are bringing alpacas. If you are having alpacas supplied for you the person supplying alpacas will fill in form. Entry Fees: $5.00 per entry Age of Exhibit: Age of competitor will be calculated as of 28th September 2024. Junior: 7-under 11years Intermediate: 11-under 15years Senior: 15-under 18years Adult: 18-under 26years Dress Requirements: Minimum standard of safe clothing compulsory for all Introductory Divisions eg. closed shoes, long trousers, minimal /no loose jewellery and hair tidy/up. It is encouraged to wear Australian Stockmanship wear Alpaca Health Declaration, NVD & Waivers to be handed in on the day before competing.
