- Camping Available - $20 per night.
- Stables are available with prior arrangement.
- The Committee reserves the right to refuse nominations for any event, alter or delete any part of the programme and close entries without notice due to weather and cattle numbers.
- ABCRA Rules Apply.
- PIC Numbers are required - (NO PIC, No Ride, No Refund)
- All Competitors under 18 years of age must use a helmet whilist mounted.
- Must be current ABCRA Member to compete.
- Failure to notify of scratchings 7 days prior to the event commencement will forfeit entire entry fee.
- Committee is registered for GST.
- Prizemoney will be payout by ABCRA
- No Changes will be made once the drawn is done.
- Competitors must ride to the draw or be disqualified
- Powercords need to be tested & tagged
